Some additional information information:
It was also mentioned in the blog that the home leave entitlement shown is general for all soldiers. Soldiers who are promoted may be able to extend their leave. Other than that, they are allowed to apply leave to go out of the camp for personal business, but that is subject to approval. If the reason to go out is for public activities, they have to get the green light from the army first.
Relatives, friends and fans are allowed to visit him in the camp and bring along some basic necessities. However, each army unit has different rules on the number of visitors, visiting hours and duration etc. Only visitors who have gotten the approval for the visit can go into the camp.
